You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Change of mind after order confirmation (unless approved)

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days

  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa (as agreed)

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we cover the shipping cost.

  • If return is for any other approved reason, customer may bear the return shipping cost.
